1. Check and adjust the oil supply advance angle
The oil supply advance angle is too large, and too much diesel is injected into the piston near the top dead center, causing the diesel pressure to rise rapidly, causing the piston to knock the cylinder liner violently when it goes down.
2. Check diesel quality
If the quality of diesel oil does not meet the national standards, too many flammable components will cause deflagration when diesel oil is injected into the cylinder, resulting in excessive pressure rise in the cylinder and piston knocking.
3. Check the overheat operation time of diesel engine
The diesel engine is overheated for a long time, the temperature in the combustion chamber is too high, and the diesel is injected with too fast evaporation, too fast combustion speed, and too fast pressure rise, resulting in deflagration.
