Insufficient diesel power

If the diesel engine has insufficient power during operation, the following parts should be checked as appropriate:
1. Oil supply system
c. Fuel injector: check whether the fuel injector atomizes poorly, drips oil or is stuck.
d. Check the injection advance angle: the injection advance angle is incorrect, which seriously affects the output power of the diesel engine.
e. Return bolt of fuel transfer pump and fuel injection pump: the damage of fuel transfer pump or the problem of single valve of return bolt will lower the fuel pre pressure, resulting in insufficient power of diesel engine during operation.
2. Other factors
a. Valve clearance: if the valve clearance is incorrect, the intake and exhaust time of the diesel engine will be wrong, which will affect the combustion and work of the diesel engine, resulting in insufficient power output of the diesel engine.
b. Piston ring and cylinder liner: if they are worn too much, the compression pressure of the cylinder will be low, the fuel combustion will be insufficient, and the effective output power of the diesel engine will be reduced.
c. Air filter: if the air filter element is dirty, it will lead to insufficient air intake, and the diesel engine will also be unable to work.
